A Rivers with maximum security, peace, unity and progress where happy citizens and dwellers coexist in diversity, unity and progress is realizable.

A multi-city state with road networks crisscrossing every nook and cranny and comparable to Dubai, Shanghai, Tokyo, Alaska, 

Paris and other beautiful cities in the world is possible to build.

A Rivers that is investor friendly, and rated amongst the top 10 largest economies in Africa is feasible.

That We are blessed with Oil and other mineral resources does not mean that we cannot develop and invest in other non-oil businesses. 

We can still have large scale fish farms, palm, plantain and banana plantations, palm oil refinery, rice and ginger farms and mills.

 We can still own sweets and biscuit factories, paper mills, FCMGs like Shoprite etc.

Our schools deserve to be the best at all levels in the country even as rivers youths deserve total scholarships 

and first-class employment during and after graduation.

If Rome was not built in a day, then it is an obvious fact that it was built every day. Hence, we must state building the Rivers of our dream

 and the right time is now. Strangers will not come and build Rivers state for us. Only us can and it will only take one man with the right vision, passion, capacity, education, exposure and experience. That man is Leesi  Gabriel Gborogbosi – LLG.
